Pure copper is widely used in electrical and electronic components because of its excellent electrical conductivity. We manufacture custom copper contacts, terminals, connector pins, conductive components and other precision parts according to application requirements.

Copper plays an important role in new energy systems where efficient current transmission and thermal management are required. Our CNC machining capabilities support custom copper terminals, conductive components, battery connection parts and other precision components.

Modern vehicles rely on copper components for electrical conductivity, power transmission and thermal management. We manufacture custom copper terminals, connector components, bushings and other precision-machined parts for automotive applications.

Copper is widely used in power distribution and electrical equipment because of its high conductivity and reliable performance. We machine copper terminals, busbar components, connectors and other conductive parts for power-related applications.

The high thermal conductivity of pure copper makes it an effective material for transferring and dissipating heat. We manufacture custom copper heat sinks, heat-transfer blocks, cold-plate components and other thermal management parts.

Copper components are used in industrial equipment where electrical conductivity, heat transfer and reliable mechanical performance are required. We produce custom copper fittings, bushings, shafts, blocks and other machined components based on customer drawings.
We work with copper grades such as C10100, C10200, C11000, C12000 and C12200, depending on material availability and project requirements. For detailed grade information and material properties, visit our Copper Materials page.
Yes. Yumei Hardware specializes in custom copper CNC machining based on customer drawings, 3D CAD files and technical specifications. We manufacture non-standard components to meet specific dimensional and application requirements rather than offering a standard parts catalog.
We machine custom copper components such as turned pins, connector components, blocks, sleeves, rings and complex milled parts. The actual machining approach depends on the part geometry, material and drawing requirements.
Please provide your 2D engineering drawings or 3D CAD files, copper grade, required quantity, critical dimensions and any applicable surface finish or inspection requirements. If some specifications are not yet finalized, our team can review the available information.
Yes. We evaluate dimensional requirements according to the part design and manufacturing conditions. Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm may be achievable for suitable features, subject to geometry, material condition and machining requirements.
Surface finish requirements can be specified according to the function and appearance of the component. Depending on the part design and machining conditions, typical achievable surface roughness may range from Ra 0.4 to 3.2 μm.
We support custom machining projects with low minimum order quantities, subject to part complexity, material availability and production requirements. Share your estimated quantity and drawings so we can evaluate a suitable manufacturing approach.
Our quality control process can include incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, drawing-based inspection and final inspection before shipment. Inspection requirements are reviewed according to the specifications of each project.
