A: We machine a wide range of aluminum alloys, including 6061-T6, 7075, 6082, 6063, 2024, 5052, 7050 and 5083. The most suitable alloy depends on the required strength, weight, machinability, corrosion resistance and application environment.
A: For suitable part geometries and machining conditions, we can achieve dimensional tolerances down to ±0.01 mm. The actual achievable tolerance depends on the part size, geometry, material, feature location and drawing requirements. Critical dimensions are inspected according to the approved specifications.
A: We manufacture a wide range of custom aluminum CNC parts, including housings, brackets, heat sinks, connector components, shafts, spacers, valve bodies, mounting plates, flanges and manifold blocks. Parts are produced according to customer drawings or 3D CAD files.
A: Our aluminum machining capabilities include CNC milling, CNC turning, turn-mill machining, 5-axis machining, Swiss CNC machining, drilling and tapping. The appropriate process is selected according to the part geometry, tolerances and production requirements.
A: Yes. We can coordinate various surface finishing options for aluminum parts, including anodizing, electrophoresis, electroplating, sandblasting and brushing. Surface finishing can be selected according to the required appearance, corrosion resistance and functional requirements.
A: Yes. We manufacture custom parts based on customer-supplied 2D drawings, 3D CAD files or technical specifications. Before production, our engineers review the drawings, material requirements, tolerances and critical features to ensure the machining process is suitable for the part.
A: Quality control starts with drawing and specification review and continues through material inspection, in-process dimensional checks and final inspection. Critical dimensions, holes, threads, surface condition and other specified features are checked before parts are released for packaging. Material certificates and inspection documentation can be provided when required.
A: Our typical CNC machining surface roughness range is Ra 0.4–3.2 μm, depending on the material, machining process, geometry and specified requirements. Additional surface finishing can be applied when a different appearance or surface performance is required.
