A: For most CNC machined parts, we typically achieve tolerances of ±0.01–0.02 mm, depending on material, geometry, and process. For critical features, tighter tolerances may be possible after reviewing your drawings and requirements.

A: Prototypes & small batches: usually 7–15 days after order confirmation.Mass production: lead time depends on quantity and part complexity, normally 3–6 weeks.Urgent projects can be discussed case by case.

A: We implement strict quality control throughout the whole process, including: Incoming material inspection In-process inspection during machining Final inspection with calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical projector, etc. Upon request, we can also perform film thickness tests, salt spray tests, and provide full inspection reports.
A: We are very flexible with quantities. There is no strict MOQ – we can support single prototypes, small batches, and high-volume production. Our goal is to grow with our customers from the prototype stage to mass production.
